Yes. Unlimited medicines, reminders, profiles, widgets, Watch, history and sync are free. The paid Family tier only adds things a second person benefits from: caregiver alerts, shared profiles and reports.

No. Your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud. We never see it.

Check that notifications are allowed for Yepdose in Settings, that Focus modes aren't silencing it, and that Time Sensitive notifications are on. If it still fails, email us with your iOS version.

Delete the app. Everything on the device goes with it. To also remove the iCloud copy, use Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage → Yepdose.
