A reminder at 8:00, swiped away. A busy morning, and by 10:40: did I take it? A reminder you swipe away is gone. This one comes back. Never let a dose slip by quietly: a medicine reminder for iPhone and Apple Watch. It follows up at 10, 30 and 60 minutes; with no answer by two hours the dose is marked missed in your history. Tap Took it and the follow-ups stop. One tap, wherever you are: the notification, the Home Screen widget, the Apple Watch app, or Siri (“Log my dose in Yepdose”). Schedules the way the label reads: fixed times, every N hours, certain weekdays, cycles, as needed, fractional doses. The basics are free and that won't change: $0 for unlimited medicines and reminders, follow-ups, widgets, Watch and Siri, history, import and iCloud sync, no account. Family is $29.99 a year after a 14-day free trial, or $59.99 once, and adds caregiver sharing and alerts, PDF and CSV reports, medicine lookup with FDA label information, and refill reminders; paid features are the ones a second person benefits from. 01It asks. You tap.
Add a medicine and the times you take it. At each time your phone asks. You answer with one tap: Took it, Remind me in 10 minutes, or Skip. Yepdose records the answer with the time and lays the day out by morning, afternoon and evening, so you can see what is done and what is next.

Set quiet hours and the follow-ups wait, unless you have flagged the medicine as critical. Reminders can be marked time-sensitive so they show through Focus.
Come back to a short sheet: what was missed, a reason if you want one, mark them all at once.
Ten minutes catches the dose you meant to take a moment ago. Thirty and sixty catch the one that slipped your mind. At two hours the app stops asking and writes it down instead. You can change every one of these times.
03Wherever you are.
You don't have to open the app. Answer from the notification, from a Home Screen widget, from the Apple Watch app, or ask Siri. Lock Screen widgets and the Watch complication keep the next dose in view. While a dose is overdue, a Live Activity keeps a countdown on the Lock Screen until you answer.

06No account, no server.
Your medicines live on your phone and in your own iCloud. We don't run a server. There are no ads, no analytics and no crash-reporting kit. There is no third-party code in the app that talks to the internet. The App Store privacy label says Data Not Collected, and it says that because it is true.
